The Bronco CB35218 British Recce And Signals Light Truck model in 1/35 scale is a comprehensive kit combining two models of the famous British jeeps, which played a key role during Allied operations in World War II. The British were the first to use American 4x4 vehicles during the African campaign in 1941, quickly recognizing their advantage over the previously used light trucks. Thanks to their low weight, compact dimensions, and high engine power, jeeps proved excellent as reconnaissance vehicles and communication support on the European front. From D-Day, through Operation Market Garden, to post-war operations in Palestine – these were versatile vehicles, used both for transport and as bases for weaponry and communication equipment.
