Complaints, withdrawals and refunds

Complaints regarding received orders should be submitted via the form available on the store's website, or in writing or by email.

Via Poczta Polska, the cheapest shipping method, along with proof of purchase. If a more expensive option is used, we reserve the right to refund the amount for the cheapest shipping method.

Note: We do not accept cash on delivery parcels .

Complaints will be considered after receiving the returned goods, within 7 days.
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty. Detailed warranty terms and duration are provided in the warranty card issued by the guarantor.

A Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from the contract in writing without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided the goods are undamaged and complete. To do so, the goods must be returned to us along with a declaration of withdrawal and proof of purchase. The return shipping costs are non-refundable.
All refunds due to a valid complaint, contract withdrawal, or inability to complete an order are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or if the order cannot be completed, from the date the order was placed. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund is processed to the account from which the payment was received. In the case of payment via PayPal (which also supports credit cards), the refund is also processed via PayPal. In other cases (especially cash on delivery returns), the customer is required to provide a valid bank account number to which the refund will be made. The cost of returning the goods is non-refundable.

The Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of

  • where the subject of the performance is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life;
  • where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening the package for health protection or hygiene reasons if the package was opened after delivery;
  • in which the subject of the performance are things which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things;
  • where the subject of the performance are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery;
  • delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service has begun with the express consent of the Consumer before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after the entrepreneur has informed the Consumer of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract;
  • in which the subject of the performance are things which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things;
  • where the subject of the performance are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery;
  • delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service has begun with the express consent of the Consumer before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after the entrepreneur has informed the Consumer of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

Extrajudicial methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims

The Seller informs about the possibility of using extrajudicial methods of complaint resolution and redress. Using these methods is voluntary and may only occur if both parties to the dispute consent.
