MiniArt 37041 TIRAN 4 Late Type is a high-quality plastic Israeli tank model kit in the popular 1/35 scale. This set allows you to recreate with exceptional detail the Israeli TIRAN 4 tank, which is a modernized version of the Soviet T-54 captured and then adapted by the Israel Defense Forces after the Six-Day War (1967). This model belongs to the "plastic model kit" category and is particularly recommended for military modeling enthusiasts, armored vehicle collectors, and fans of military history.

Historical Background of the TIRAN 4 Tank

The TIRAN 4 was a result of Israel’s practice of repurposing captured Soviet equipment. After seizing a significant number of T-54 and T-55 tanks, Israel carried out comprehensive upgrades, adapting them to their own requirements. TIRAN 4 tanks were used from the late 1960s throughout the 1970s, notably participating in the 1973 Yom Kippur War—one of the most significant conflicts in the Middle East during the Cold War.

• Model scale: 1/35 – provides the perfect compromise between detail and size, making it an excellent choice for both collections and dioramas.

• Historical period: Cold War, 1967–1980. The model allows you to recreate the vehicle from the most pivotal moments in modern military history.
