Jagdpanther SdKfz 173 to niszczyciel czołgów zbudowany przez nazistowskie Niemcy podczas II wojny światowej, oparty na podwoziu czołgu Panther. Wszedł do służby w 1944 roku w późniejszych etapach wojny na froncie wschodnim i zachodnim.
