Po ostatnim czasie Yamato, ostatnie pojawienie się Musashiego podczas bitwy w Zatoce Leyte w 1944 roku zostało odtworzone w skali 1/700.
Podstawowy kształt jest taki sam jak Yamato, ale został odtworzony na podstawie badania dna morskiego z 2015 r. i najnowszych dowodów, takich jak kształt wokół przejścia łączącego tył mostu w punkcie identyfikacyjnym i tylny most znaleziony podczas badania dna morskiego, pomieszczenie z sondą elektryczną itp.
