The I. SS Panzer Korps took part in the heavy fighting in Normandy and its units such as 12. SS Pz.Div., 1. LSSAH Pz.Div, SSsPz.Abt 101 equipped with the might Tigers and Panzer Lehr Division faced almost total combat strength loss during the campaign. Thus were able to hold the line until the last moment and retreat in an organized manner.
These three meet in August 1944, while the Tigers of the SSsPz.Abt. 101 were supporitng 12. SS against Operation Totalize.
The set consists of 3 high quality resin figures.
